C4T have done the location analysis studies, market vision, business conceptualization and economic model for the project in the Cabeca area, Encamp, Andorra.
Alongside Jordi Marce Arquitectos where in charge to process and prepare the Partial Plan in accordance with the regulation of the Urbanization and Ordering of Encamp.

The Partial Plan consists in a 17ha surface, and defines the maximum buildable area which is 519.902m². This project has been approved by the “Comú de Encamp”.

The result of this study is a innovating multi-businesses project (which includes: Hotels, Themed Leisure, Logistic facilities, offices, and many different types of commerce development) which contains a certain sensibility with the environment, that´s mindful with the new international economic scene and the will and strategy from the new Government of Andorra, as it’s a project that could transform Encamp and become a benchmark for the country.
