Barcelona, 20-05-2020. The construction of the Marina Badalona hotel is progressing at a good pace: the structure has reached the top floor, the final height already visible on the coast skyline.

In moments of great complexity due to the pandemic affecting Spain in the last two months, the construction works of the hotel are progressing according to planning, at a good pace, with adapted protocols and safety measures to protect the health of construction workers. We have now reached the highest level of the structure (the upper terrace with infinity pool).
Construction started 18 months ago; due to the hotel moratorium in the city of Barcelona, the Marina Badalona hotel is one of the few currently under construction, and the only one located on the coast (on the seafront, next to the marina).
Construction is progressing at the same time in other areas of the project: public square, underground parking, spa and conference center. Sallés Hotels group, which operates two other hotels in the metropolitan area, aims to make this new high-end hotel emblematic for the chain.
